Thank you for shopping at Lemurian Bazaar. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Some items such as personalized products, crystals, or clearance items may be final sale and not eligible for return. Please check product descriptions for specific return information.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lemurianbazaar.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@lemurianbazaar.com within 5 days of delivery with photos and a brief description. We will replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
